Fuerteventura Golf Club, the first on the island, has 18 holes, with a par of 70, which meander over streams and around lakes. The 18th hole has a very high tee and is a tricky dog leg par four. Located at the hotel Elba Palace Golf, the clubhouse has changing facilities with lockers, bars, cafes and restaurants. The delightful climate throughout summer and winter means this exciting course can be enjoyed at any time of the year. The course hosted the European PGA Tour Spanish Open in 2004, testament to its quality.
