Golf del Sur has been the scene of several top international tournaments including the Tenerife Open and Shell's Wonderful World of Golf. The two most striking features here are the black volcanic sand in the bunkers, and the lush tropical landscape with palm trees swaying in the sea breeze. There are 27 holes, the A "Links" course, the B "North" course, and the C "South" course. The loops are all gently undulating and easily walkable. At first glance with wide fairways and big greens, the course appears easy, but with the wind, strategic lakes and tricky borrows on the greens, you will do well to play to your handicap.
