A Golf Escapes favourite and incredible value for money.
Overlooking River Guadiana near the historic town of Castro Marim close to the Spanish border, this superbly designed course runs through undulating hills dotted with pines and has wonderful river, sea and mountain views. A golfing brain is required here to navigate the narrow, sloping fairways and small, testing, fast greens. The course will appeal to novices and experts - a most enjoyable course in lovely surroundings. This is the Algarve’s cheapest golf course, but we are not sure why! Now with 27 holes and a new luxury clubhouse.
