This picturesque course opened in 2006 and is already renowned for its excellent condition, especially for a new track.
In common with its brothers in the Pestana group Pinta and Gramacho, the greens are very quick and true. Silves is situated on gently undulating terrain in a rural area 15 minutes inland, and despite a daunting first tee shot requiring a straight hit to avoid two waiting water hazards, is not overly difficult.
