Adjacent to the popular resort of Roquetas de Mar, Playa Serena golf course is an excellent golf course.
The front nine has wide flat fairways and is the place to make your score. On the back nine, the fairways narrow to create tighter landing areas and water comes into play on nearly every hole. The greens are small and well protected, and the palm and pine trees give a tropical feel to the course. Playa Serena has an excellent clubhouse and restaurant, and excellent practice facilities. Stick it on your list next time you're golfing in Almeria.
