Opened in November 2003 and already a host of the Spanish PGA Championship, Golf El Puerto has received some excellent reviews from all that have played there. The designer, Manuel Pinero, has made the most of what is a relatively flat piece of land to create a course that wanders through the cork and fig trees. The heavily bunkered fairways and greens require careful negotiation if you want to keep your score respectable! Put it on your list for your next golf holiday to the Costa de la Luz.
