Despite opening recently in 2014, this fantastic golf course has successfully established itself as one of the finest in the Frvili Venezia Giulia.
The sequence of holes between the 4th and 8th holes at the Golf & Country Club Castello di Spessa are particularly unique, with the greens winding through a vineyard on an undulating terrain. The best hole on the course is the 132-metre-long 5th hole, arguably the most invigorating hole as well. The player is immediately thrown into the challenge at the first tee, where they are forced to place their shot from an elevated tee over rows of vines to a raised green on the opposite side of the vineyard. With its unique landscape, this par-3 is sure to stay in your memory for a long time.
