K Club - Palmer South Course

Palmer South Course is one of the two brilliant golf courses at the K Club and is a stern challenge at 7,300 yards from the back tees. This magnificent golf course was created by Arnold Palmer's chief designer, Harrison Minchew and is one that boasts an array of hazards.
The course was developed to ensure the comparison with the magnificent Palmer North Course would be a difficult debate and it has lived up to its expectations, whilst maintaining a completely different golfing experience. This 18-hole inland course boasts picturesque views, dune-type mounding and clever bunkers all of which provide both a distraction and a challenge to golfers of all abilities. The course is surrounded by wild vegetation which means that any of your shots can land you in trouble in the dangerous rough if you don't hit with accuracy right from the tee. This course was created using more than 200 acres of flat and featureless farmland and is now a beautiful course with mounding, sloping greens, clever bunkering and many water hazards which makes this an exciting and challenging round of golf for both amateurs and professionals. This brilliant K Club course is well worth a round when you are taking a golf break to Ireland.
