About the Professional
PGA Professional, Tour Player
Nico Els – Was born in South Africa, Vanderbijlpark on 11 December 1973.The UK and South African renowned golfer won more then 50 tournaments including winning the Surrey PGA championship twice 2019/2022. Nico Els also played a few events on the European tour in 2012 and on the Challenge tour. In-between focusing on his playing career Nico also decided to join the PGA UK to study and completed his diploma course to become a fully Qualified PGA Professional. Nico worked as a Club Professional from more the 18 year and in that time also gained his playing rights on the Sunshine Tour in South Africa(2015).
With over 20 years of competition experience behind him, Nico is now focusing to become a Champions tour Player in the USA and also a Legends tour player in the UK.
Nico also has more than 10 years experience doing escorted golf tours to some amazing destinations in the world.
