Chateau de la Bawette Golf Club
Golf du Chateau de la Bawette is a pleasant and undulating parkland course, located south of Brussels and comprises of a charming mix of open terrain and tree lined fairways.
The golf club is dominated by the castle and the club house, and was built in one of the finest properties in the region of Wavre. The course which was built on 65 hectares of prestigious parkland, was designed by Tom McAuley and opened in 1986, however the layout has been changed over time to add flair and diversity to the course.
This charismatic golf club is host to a championship 18-hole layout, Le Parc, and also a 9 hole academy course, to practice your swing before the big game. The golf clubs privileged location, only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Brussels, makes it a great option on your next Belgian golf holiday.
Le Parc will inevitably test your all round game, with numerous elevation changes, tight tree lined fairways and strategic bunkering placed around the small greens. If this isn’t daunting enough the design has incorporated small ponds which feature heavily on the back nine.
Golf du Chateau de la Bawette is set in a wonderful green setting, giving you a delightful golf option on your next Belgian golf itinerary.
