Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club is home to a spectacular 27-hole layout, perfectly placed along the coastline in this beautiful part of the Costa de la Luz. Designed by legendary Spanish golfer Olazabal, the course offers a great round of high quality holiday golf.

Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club is a relatively flat and wide course with slight undulations, a superb walking course to make your way round the 27 holes. The challenge here lies in the strategically placed bunkers and lakes dotted around the design, however the course is perfect for high handicappers looking to perfect their game, whilst Professionals will certainly enjoy the stunning scenery and tranquil ambience that the course exudes.

This is a very pleasant course with a superb welcoming clubhouse, and a nice mix of scenery whereby some of the holes run alongside the Atlantic, and others venture through palms and pines. The position along the coast provides the sound of the ocean waves crashing in the background, whilst palm trees are scattered across the layout, giving you the real feel of the Caribbean on your Cadiz golf break. The greens are made up from bermuda grass, keeping them in top condition year round.

The course is complemented by some of the best practice facilities in Europe, including a 120 bay driving range (the largest in Spain) as well as a 9-hole Par 3 course which is maintained to the same standard as the main feature. The short game practice area, including 2 chipping and pitching greens and spacious putting green, will give you plenty of options to master your swing before your round.

The clubhouse, a cottage inspired design, offers a great setting to reflect on your latest round. No stone has been unturned in the planning and quality to replicate the chozas found in Donana National Park. The views of the Atlantic Ocean here offer a picturesque backdrop as you soak in the afternoon sun in Cadiz with a refreshing local beverage.
