Dunbar Golf Club
Dunbar Golf Club is a truly challenging links course offering stunning scenery and a welcoming clubhouse, perfectly combining to make the ultimate Scottish golfing experience.
This cracking course, located on the estuary of the Firth & Forth, was established in 1856 and has been redesigned by some great course architectures, such as Tom Morris and Ben Sayers. The prestigious Dunbar Golf Club is a superb course along the East Lothian circuit and has hosted a number of national tournaments, such as the first PGA Championship on the European Tour.
Located on the South side of Scotlands Golf Coast, Dunbar is playable year round and is a great course to add to your East Lothian golfing itinerary. The course weaves its way along the rugged coastline where you are within yards of the waves, crashing next you along the rocky shore. The classic links feel is derived from the natural undulation between the coastline and the sandstone deer park wall. The limited protection from the elements make it a thrilling round and a truly remarkable Scottish Links experience.
Why not play the fairways of Dunbar Golf Club and walk in the footsteps of some of the greatest golfers on your next Scottish golf escape
