Terras da Comporta - Dunas Course

The Terras da Comporta – Dunas Course is located 1 hour south of Lisbon in the coastal town of Comporta, which is at the base of the Tróia Peninsula, along the beautiful Sado Estuary. The course is just over an hour from the closest Humberto Delgado Airport in Lisbon.

The Par 71 course designed by acclaimed golf architect David McLay-Kidd was opened to the public in Summer 2023, and it has become one of the latest additions to Portugal's spectacular list of golf courses. Initial reviews have been beaming with positives and how this course could become one of Portugal's very best.

Terras da Comporta – Dunas Course is set within 84 hectares of natural, sandy terrain on the edge of the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve, which provides a true links style golfing experience. The course is engulfed by towering pine trees, large bunkers and sandy wasteland areas, luscious wide undulating fairways, along with the fast greens which will test even some of the best putters, with the amount of movement produced with some putts.
