Designed by the Nicklaus design group and managed by Troon Golf the Al Zorah Golf Club is receiving superb reviews from all that make the short journey from Dubai. The par 72 course is laid out amongst striking mangroves with pristine fairways and beautifully presented greens. The Nicklaus Design team have worked hard to protect the natural environment and the end result pays testament to this. Al Zorah is spread out across 5.4 million square metres of captivating coastal land, and the natural lagoons are home to a variety of marine life and birds. Although not as convenient to reach as the other courses in Dubai, the journey is well worth it making Al Zorah Golf Club a serious consideration for any golf holiday in Dubai.
The standard of Al Zorah’s practice facilities are unbeatable. The flawlessly maintained two teed 350 metre driving range creates the ideal warm up location for golfers, of for some it is perfect to fine-tune their swing. This driving range can host up to 50 players. Alternatively, players can visit the short game area which features greens, bunkers and several tees to give golfers an opportunity to play the shots similar to the ones in the actual Al Zorah course. The same concept has been carried over to the chipping and putting green; it is the ideal place to practice chipping, bunker play and putting in the same way they would on the course.
