Golf Escapes Nine-Hole Quiz T&Cs

By participating in the quiz, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. The quiz is being run by The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes.

The quiz is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older. The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize that may be awarded to you. 

The winning prize is a £50 voucher to be redeemed on Golf Escapes holiday. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes decision on any aspect of the quiz is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

This voucher entitles the authorised bearer to the prize outlined above. This voucher can be used only once with the corresponding voucher code.

Any additional cost exceeding that outlined on this voucher above are at the bearer’s own expense.

This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and cannot be refunded.

This voucher is valid until December 2024 with travel dates valid until December 2024 and is strictly subject to availability. Travel outside of these dates is available on request and subject to payment of the required supplement. Please request your desired dates with Golf Escapes and they will check availability.

This gift voucher will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.

This voucher is valid only at Golf Escapes (The Sport & Travel Group Ltd), and must be redeemed and presented at the time of booking.

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided the first week of the following after the quiz for the current month has ended.

The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes will make one attempt to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the email they forfeit their right to the prize, and The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the quiz or being selected for a prize.

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

The winner’s first name will be announced on The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes social media channels including a newsletter once the quiz has ended.
