Royal Dublin Golf Club

Accessible via an old wooden bridge this prestigious golf club is located 3 miles from Dublin City Centre. Founded in 1885 by John Lumsden and designed by H.S Colt, one of the most famous golf course architects, Royal Dublin Golf Club is rich in tradition and offers a magnificent links layout, presenting a stern challenge and is renowned as one of the best links golf courses in Ireland. The golf club, the second oldest in Ireland, earnt is Royal status shortly after its formation in 1889 and has warranted a glowing reputation ever since.

This world class Par 72 design stretches to 7,269 and encourages a straight and true drive from the tee. The course is relatively flat but still reflects a testing links track. The greens here are first class whilst the course is kept in immaculate condition year round.
