It is impressive how the course blends so effortlessly into its country surroundings when Bournemouth’s town centre is just 15 minutes’ walk away.
This is a very enjoyable course with good greens and the front nine is quite open which means that your scorecards shouldn’t be suffering too much by the time you reach the second half of the course. On the back nine, the fairways narrow and the trees come into play a lot more and with hazards often facing you on all sides, you must hit with accuracy in order to score well. This is a brilliant and varied course with stunning surroundings which makes it a perfect addition to your next golf holiday to the Bournemouth area, especially if you are looking for a firm but fair test of golf.
