The Hotel is located on the doorstep of a granite mountain range better known as The Mourne Mountains which are one of the highest mountain ranges in Northern Ireland. Guests are spoilt for choice with breath taking panoramic views of the Mourne Mountains from the hotel, whilst north of the hotel guests will find the world famous Royal County Down Golf course which is located onsite. Royal County Down is highly regarded as one of the best courses in the world, as it consistently features in the Worlds Top 10 Courses list. Other courses such as Ardglass & Malone are also under 40 minutes drive away making this the perfect venue to stay at whilst playing the surrounding world class golf venues.
The Slieve Donard have a state of the art spa that overlooks the Irish Beach & the picturesque views of the Mourne Mountains. The Spa features Treatment rooms, a Pool, Thermal Suites and a Gym for guests to enjoy throughout there stay.
