Where is T Golf Calvia?

Close to the Magalluf, the T Golf Calvia golf course is shielded from the high-rise buildings and the sea breeze, by the tall trees and natural valleys through which the holes run.

Opened in 1978 and designed by world-renowned golf architect John Harris, T Golf Calvia is one of the oldest and most respected courses in Mallorca. Now the 18 holes, par 72, (6,430 metre) course has recently reopened after a complete renovation including a stunning new driving range and state-of-the-art practice area. The spectacular new course lies just 12 km from the city of Palma and runs through beautiful rolling hills with majestic pines, fifteen lakes, and numerous bunkers. Its wide fairways, large greens, and numerous tee boxes make for a great challenge to any level golfer.

The course features 18 superbly unique holes weaving through towering pines. Although the fairways are wide, you have to place the ball in the correct part, as the slopes can often take your ball into the trees or leave you blocked out with your approach. The big greens are also deceptively difficult. A super course, and deservedly very popular. Make sure you play there next time you’re golfing in Majorca.
