Cambrils was once a small fishing village but has grown steadily over the years, in the centre of town there is a large indoor fish market selling local produce from the port....
The old part of town is beautiful and has some excellent seafood restaurants. The large marina has proved a popular place for the wealthy to relax and unwind yet unlike many other parts of Spain the cost of eating out remains excellent value.
Salou is well known amongst the British holiday maker, a typical Spanish holiday resort with a superb beach, lots of bars and restaurants and nightclubs that will be open most of the night. If you want lively head for Salou!
