The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr, & he created this Golf Club within 77 hectares of relatively flat landscape nearly 1500 feet above sea level.
With numerous lakes, bunkers and palm trees lining the greens, you are sure not to forget a round on this par 72 course. Anticipate fast greens here, and due to the flat nature of the course's landscape, it is made easily walkable.

When playing this course the player must proceed with caution; with approximately 150,000 trees, it is easy to find your ball swallowed up here. The Jbilettes nine (the front nine) and Atlas nine (the back nine) have been structured so that they begin and end together in two loops. With numerous fairways weaving in and out around several spacious water hazards
A notable hole of Golf Club Palmeraie includes the long par 4, 5th hole, which features a blind dogleg to the right which can prove difficult for those who have never played the course before. Yet the hardest hole on the course is widely considered to be 9th hole, also featuring a dogleg to the right with a spacious water hazard running down the right hand side from the tee until the green.
