Golf Escapes Autumn 2025 Promotion – Terms and Conditions
- The Autumn 2025 promotions apply to bookings made between 01.09.25 – 31.11.2025 and travel between 01.09.2025 and 31.12.2026.
- Promotional benefit gained such as Escapes Points will be rewarded to the lead booker post travel in accordance with the Escapes Points Terms and Conditions. If that differs from what was originally booked the promotion for the travelling group size will apply. (See matrix for details of group size and promotions).
- The Autumn Promotion cannot be used with any other Golf Escapes promotion and is subject to availability and change.
- The Autumn Promotion is only available for the group sizes explicitly stated on our website and is only applicable for bookings including accommodation and golf.
- Any offers such as early booking discounts, group discounts and added values (free buggies, welcome drink etc.) are subject to availability, booking date and will vary depending venue.
- Bookings and amendments can only be handled by the lead booker and any promotional benefits such as golf balls can only be sent to the lead booker.
- Our standard Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings including any booking where the Autumn Promotions are applied.
- UK and Ireland includes: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland.
- Europe includes: Portugal, Spain, Canary Islands, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Belgium, Cyprus, Morocco, Tunisia, Switzerland, Greece, Turkey.
- Long Haul Destinations includes: UAE, South Africa, USA, Caribbean, Thailand, Mauritius.
- Golf balls are subject to stock and will be sent 2 weeks prior to your travel.
- The promotions is fixed and can not be used as a discount for any trip. If you do not wish to receive the item or promotional benefits please let the sales agent know at the time of booking.
- The promotional benefits cannot be transferred to another trip you may have booked with Golf Escapes.
- Golf Escapes accept no responsibility for delay in delivery or lost items due to extenuating circumstances which are out of our control. For example package stolen after being reported delivered or lost in delivery.
- Golf Escapes reserve the right to extend or cease this promotion without notice at any time.
