The Al Hamra Golf Club is a exciting challenging course in Ras Al Khaimah.
Designed by Peter Harradine, the course flows through four inter connected open water lagoons which merge with the sparkling blue Arabian Gulf.
This spectacular par 72 course, which measures at a whopping 7325 yards, is planned in the manner of a traditional links course, whereby the front nine makes its way out of the clubhouse, whilst the back nine returns home via a scenic journey around the lagoon.

The Al Hamra course is a manmade course, striving off perfection, with no stone unturned. 5 million cubic metres of sand has been expertly shaped to create gentle elevation changes throughout the course. The course is playable for all standards of golfer, with 5 varied tee shots, providing a thoroughly enjoyable course for a capable novice to a more accomplished player looking to improve their all round game. Look out for the memorable 18th, a striking par 5, with a water hazard running across the right side, finished off brilliantly with a triple tiered green.
Located 50 minutes from Dubai airport, the course is situated next to the 5* star Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, complementing its world class facilities and luxurious service. The course is one of the best, if not the best, links layouts in the UAE.
For a challenging round of golf in Ras Al Khaimah, the Al Hamra Golf Club is a splendid option with a round that is playable again and again.
