Designed by Nick Faldo, the Cornelia Faldo golf course has all of the right credentials for an unforgettable round of golf: an excellent layout, superb conditions and in places, a stern test of golf. The Cornelia Faldo is widely considered to be an essential part of any golf holiday in Belek, and guests at the Cornelia Deluxe Hotel can enjoy discounted green fees.
Typical of a classic Faldo golf course, here there are a number of holes that require careful consideration; the emphasis on course management is clear for all to see. This 27-hole golf course is divided into three separate golf courses that are organised dependent on the golfing group’s skill and preferences. They can choose from the King Course which includes holes one to eighteen, the Queen Course which includes holes ten to twenty-seven, and the Prince Course that includes holes nineteen to twenty-seven and holes one to nine. Due to this variety, the Cornelia Faldo can be played time and time again with new challenges popping up every time.
The Cornelia Faldo is set on the Mediterranean coastline of Belek, therefore golfers here can benefit from the cooling sea breeze. The landscape at the Cornelia Faldo is the perfect blend of sea, forest and golf, set across an impressive area of 4,800 square metres of forest area. With its stunning landscape and the variety of golf on offer, it comes as no surprise that the Cornelia Faldo is continually listed as one of the “Top 100 Golf Courses in Europe”, and has hosted several international tournaments since its opening in 2006.

Golfers should arrive at the Cornelia Faldo anticipating a challenge with several tight and tricky dog legs, a varied terrain, and masses of forest areas strategically placed to capture any wayward shots. Most of the holes on this golf course are on the shorter side compared to most of the other golf courses in Belek, however that is not to say that they do not pose as a challenge; it just means that the hazards are more concentrated. Long hitters may struggle on this golf course, as it demands careful course management and placement instead of length in shots.
A signature hole at the Cornelia Faldo includes the par-4 13th hole, included in the King golf course. This is arguably one of the most challenging holes at the Cornelia Faldo, as golfers must manoeuvre their shot around a sharp dog leg to the right to then reach the green, lined with several strategically placed bunkers.
