The course, designed by Dave Thomas and first opened in 2016, is a pristine golfing oasis surrounded by a natural landscape, that provides a stern challenge for every ability of golfer.
Spreading over 7400 yards, this desert-style course is pleasure to play whilst you make your way round 18 unique holes. The extreme length of Santa Elena Golf Club makes it one of the longest golf courses in Spain. This superb lay out winds its way through almond and olive groves, whilst several water hazards come into play on a number of holes.

Dont let the length fool you as accuracy is of fundamental importance here as the wild rough can capture your ball from any wayward shot off the tee. Club selection is vital to task the elevation changes and for that final approach onto the raised greens.
Look out for the signature 18th, a testing Par 5 leading up to the elegant club house with a water feature on the left flank of the green. The first nine atS Santa Elena Golf Club golf course is fairly straightforward with lots of bunkers, although the second nine offers much more of a challenge with undulating fairways and smaller greens. This excellent course is worth the drive into rural Murcia, and offers fantastic desert and mountain views, challenging par 3s and an overall very enjoyable experience.
