Torremirona Golf Course

The Torremirona golf course is among some of the best golf courses in Northern Spain, nestled in the heart of the Costa Brava. Golfers can enjoy stunning views of the neighbouring Pyrenees mountains throughout the scenic landscape.

Part of a luxury 4 Star Golf Resort, Torremirona is similar in style to a Florida resort course, with wide fairways, big greens, plus plenty of water and sand.

If you travel to this golf course...

The front 9 holes are located around the residential area of the resort and the challenge here is mainly characterised with water hazards strategically placed throughout. Two signature holes in the front nine include the par three 5th hole, featuring a peninsular green, and the par five 6th hole in which golfers must manoeuvre their approach shot around a small water hazard lining the front of the green.

Alternatively, the back nine holes are less open with the hazards more compact. Similarly to the front nine, there are several water hazards to challenge players further. Despite the back nine appearing more compact, it is actually less challenging than the front nine. The greens are more flat, giving players a chance to truly admire the snow-capped neighbouring Pyrenees Mountains.
