Golf Club Castelconturbia features 27 excellent holes designed by no other than Robert Trent Jones Sr, a world-renowned golfing architect. The Castelconturbia course is positioned in a majestic setting surrounded by nearby forests and mountains, offering a beautiful landscape and a fantastic test of golf that can be appreciated by all.
A prestigious course in its entirety, having hosted the Italian Open in 1991 and again in 1998, the Golf Club Castelconturbia covers a wide area in a natural Italian landscape with an invigorating challenge on offer throughout. The course makes its way through secular trees, streams and lakes whilst blending in and harmonising into its surroundings. The back drop of Mount Rosa is a truly wonderful spectacle as you make your way through the course, making it a unique and unmissable golf course. With several challenges throughout the course on a beautiful landscape, it comes as no surprise the Castelconturbia golf course has been ranked in the ‘Top 10 Courses in Europe’ and in 2003, was announced as the ‘Number 1 Golf Course in Italy’.

With numerous strategically placed bunkers and large lakes, the architects of this course have provided several hazardous elements that will captivate the very best golfers and provide an unforgettable golfing experience for all. Not only can golfers here benefit from beautiful mountainous views throughout, you will not find a more tranquil setting to play golf in.
Golfers must play this course through masses of woodland, streams and lakes, and it is fair to say that they are always kept on their toes. The Conte golf course features a challenging layout with some serious bunkering, therefore it is always encouraged that players bring their A-game. The challenge here has further been intensified with the landscape meticulously sculpted to create dune-like definition on the fairways, with close-cut grass lining the greens to offer many ‘chip-and-run’ possibilities.
The 1st class practice facilities, including a 60-bay driving range, double training green and 36-hole putting green, compliment the sheer class of this golf resort. Overall, the Del Conte course provides a great golfing experience and is a true gem of the Bogogno Golf Resort.
