El Rompido - North Course
El Rompido is a highly regarded Golf Club which is located in the province of Huelva, in the Andalusia region of southern Spain. It’s situated in the picturesque coastal town of El Rompido, which is surrounded by stunning natural scenery and offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The golf courses at El Rompido are considered some of the finest in the region. El Rompido features 36 holes divided into two courses: the North Course which opened in 2006 and the South Course which opened in 2003. Both courses were designed by Alvaro Arana and have distinct characteristics that provide golfers with a varied and challenging experience.
The North Course winds its way through marshlands and pine forests, offering a more traditional parkland layout with narrow fairways and strategically placed bunkers. It provides a scenic and serene golfing experience, with water hazards coming into play on several holes.
In addition to its high quality golf courses, El Rompido also offers a range of amenities for golfers to enjoy, which includes a driving range, putting greens, golf academy, pro shop, and a clubhouse with dining options plus panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding landscape.
