Heritage Golf Club – La Reserve Golf Links is located in the Heritage Bel Ombre Estate in the South Coast of Mauritius. This part of Mauritius is known as one of the most beautiful & luxurious areas on the island.

The course was Co-designed by South African architect Peter Matkovich & Professional golfer Louis Oosthuizen. The course has been created in a strategic and undulating manor that plays with a traditional Links style, with long rolling fairways, pot bunkers & hazardous tall thick rough. Each hole is set to provide breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean & is a must play on any trip to Mauritius.

This is the first links style course of its kind in the Indian Ocean & is completely exclusive to Heritage Resort Guests & Heritage Golf Members. The Par 72 course was built on former sugar cane fields and is set upon a protected UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, so Heritage have created La Reserve Links with sustainability in mind, and a design that works harmoniously with nature.

The eagerly anticipated grand opening in December 2023 is when the course will become the new host venue for the DP World Tour’s AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open. For the event Louis Oosthuizen has created a signature set of tee’s to challenge even the worlds best players.
