The Saadiyat Beach Golf Club is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Abu Dhabi, and is a must play on your Abu Dhabi golfing itinerary.

The golf club has utilised the sheer beauty of Saadiyat Island to create a golfing experience unrivalled by any other. Finished off with picturesque views of the sparkling blue waters and white sandy beaches that the Gulf provides, this is a magnificent beachfront course which features 18 breath-taking holes, each containing its own unique character. Extending across over 300 acres, this course has been designed to incorporate the stunning natural environment, whilst being a challenge for all levels of golfer.

To impose a challenge on the player, hazards such as a saltwater lagoon, sand dunes, lakes and 67 bunkers have been strategically placed. Despite multiple challenges on this testing golf course, players still have the opportunity to play from five different tee positions. Therefore even the most amateur golf player can still experience this spectacular course.

Some particularly notable holes include the 5th hole, which was named the Dolphin View by Gary Player. Its name is certainly apt, as in the winter months, dolphins make their debut in the Gulf Ocean. The 17th hole, the Arabian Oasis, is said to be the most tranquil hole on the course however on the other hand, the 15th hole named the Double Trouble, is very appropriately named! Due to the 265 yard hazardous bunker on the right side and the water from the ocean on the left hand side, this hole is certainly a true test for players, and pushes them to their limit.
