The King's Course at Gleneagles
Often referred to as the best moorland course in the world, the King’s Course at Gleneagles remains a firm favourite of the three fantastic championship courses the resort has to offer.
Created by renowned designer James Baird and opened in 1919, each of the King’s Course’s fabulous eighteen holes is blended exquisitely into the landscape. A fairly hilly course rewards it’s golfers with spectacular views of the surrounding moorlands. Keeping away from the treacherous rough and bunkers you will find perfectly manicured fairways, where on the short par fours in particular, offer real birdie opportunities. The King’s Course is loved by many golfers worldwide.
