About the Professional
Kevin’s early career and whilst developing his skills to become a PGA Advanced Professional were spent coaching throughout the world, on the European, US and World Tours. This exposed him to different practises and cultures for example, pioneering the growth of the game in China and Russia.
This demonstrates his desire to constantly improve and stretch himself by taking on new challenges. 30 years of continued growth has seen him develop his skills as a coach to all players from beginner to elite. Along with being a Hampshire County Boys Coach for 13 years, he has also been a member of the R&A PGA Swingzone Coaching Team at 11 Open Championships and the R&A GolfZone Team at 3 AIG Women's Opens.
In 2023 Kevin was shortlisted to the final 4 for The Development Coach of The Year at The England Golf Awards
Whether completely new to golf or advanced individual player, Kevin starts each day with the understanding that as a Professional he can only ever be graded by the enjoyment, understanding and progression of their pupils. This he achieves with a plan, clear understandable technical advice and coaching and practice drills for all"
