The Aroeira Challenge Golf Course is a well renowned golf course located in Herdade da Aroeira, a coastal area in the municipality of Almada, which is just south of Lisbon. It’s conveniently located within easy reach of Lisbon’s city center and the coastal towns along the Costa da Caparica.

Aroeira Challenge Golf Course was the second golf course built at the Aroeira Golf Resort. The course was opened in 2000, & designed by Donald Steel it complements its sister course (The Pines Course) and this makes up one of the oldest and most prestigious golf resorts in Portugal.

It’s renowned for its picturesque setting amidst pine trees, providing golfers with a beautiful and serene environment to enjoy their game. And one of the notable features of the Aroeira Challenge Course is its signature par-3 holes, which are particularly memorable and provide stunning views.
