Finca Cortesin Golf Course

There are so many great holes at Finca Cortesin it’s very hard to pick any out for a special mention. Two of our favourites would have to be the short par 4 4th hole which is a great risk and reward hole. If you take a direct route to the flag you need a carry of between 250 - 280 yards (depending on tee location)  over water to make the green, a watery grave is the only outcome for anything other than the most solid of strikes. Of course you could play down the right hand side with a good drive leaving a short iron to the green……..but come on……you didn’t come all the way to Spain to lay up!

The 15th is also a very memorable hole, as soon as you arrive on the tee you can’t help but admire the aesthetics of this long par 4. A daunting tee shot to a fairway that sits 90 degrees to the tee box is just the first challenge you face. Once successfully negotiated a long iron uphill will be required to hit the green before you test your putting skills on a very tricky green. It’s a cracking hole!
