Royal Golf Marrakech

Opened in 1923 by the Pasha of Marrakech, the Royal Golf de Marrakech is the oldest golf club in Morocco, and is reportedly one of His Majesty King Hassan ll's favourite courses.

Situated at the foot of the snow-covered Atlas Mountains and lined by a variety of cypress, eucalyptus, palm, olive, orange & apricot trees, this 27-hole golf course boasts an unbeatable landscape. There is a real English style to the course with strategically placed bunkers protecting its greens and testing tall trees and palms.

Royal Golf Marrakech was originally a par 72 golf course comprising of 18 holes. Then in 2008 the Menara 9-hole par 36 course was completed which gives golfers a totally new challenge all together.

A signature hole on the Royal Golf course includes the 15th hole in the back nine. This hole is well known for its unique landscape, & the challenge created by the shape of the bunkers lining the green. Due to the contours of these bunkers, players must not be too reliant on their sand wedge.
