The Belfry Resort is situated in the heart of England in Royal Sutton Coldfield, North Warwickshire. The award-winning 4 star premium golf resort has three excellent golf courses, The PGA, The Derby and the world famous Brabazon Course. The PGA National Course at the Belfry was designed by Dave Thomas and opened for play in 1997, and it was the first course in Europe to carry the famous PGA branding.

Layout:
It’s a tough, challenging golf course with an American feel with extensive mounding’s built to separate the fairways it was clearly built with tournament golf in mind. From the back tees the course measures 6921 yards, but thankfully from the yellow tees it’s a more playable 6153 yards.
Hazards:
The PGA National course has an inland links feel, this championship course presents a unique challenge with fast running fairways, undulating greens, severe run-offs and its 70 strategically placed cavernous bunkers. To score well you’ll need to avoid the many hazards, & water that comes into play on 8 of the 18 holes.
