The Par 70 Derby Course is a parkland golf course with far-reaching views across the Warwickshire countryside. the course stretches 6099 Yards, and has strategically placed bunkers, a host of water hazards and a good combination of risk and reward holes make up this tricky course. The Derby Course is suited to golfers of all abilities, but if you’re to score well on the course you’ll need a combination of accuracy, good club selection and excellent course management.
Hazards:
The Derby is a very playable course, with strategically placed bunkers and water hazards presenting a gentle challenge to its golfers. Though not as tough as its counterpart, The Brabazon, this course will still require accuracy and skill in order to tackle successfully.
History:
Originally created to provide a more accessible and less challenging alternative to the Brabazon course, the Derby course opened in 1977 and has since earned a well-deserved, excellent reputation. Designed with the beautiful natural surroundings in mind, this course will provide a scenic and satisfying game for golfers of all abilities.
