Mercure Chantilly

Following recent expansion the hotel now has 200 modern and well appointed rooms that benefit from beautiful golf course or forest views. Food lovers are also extremely well catered for, for fine dining then look no further than the on site Donatello Restaurant where excellent dishes are prepared using local ingredients. An amazing breakfast is available to enjoy at La Veranda with views overlooking the hotel's winter garden which in turn overlooks the golf course. The Swing restaurant and bar is found in the clubhouse and provides a more relaxed atmosphere, the perfect place to enjoy a bite to eat after your round. Pre dinner cocktails and some light entertainment can also be enjoyed in the Donatello Piano Bar.

The beautiful Chateau de Chantilly is located in the same grounds as the hotel and is just a five minute walk. This impressive castle dates back to the 14th century and now houses the largest private collection of art in France as well as the Musee Vivant de Cheval (horse museum) which was built in the 18th century by the Princes of Conde.

If you're looking to explore outside of the15568 acre Chantilly Forest you can wander the picturesque and cobbled streets of Senils with its historical monuments and medieval walls or visit the Chantilly Polo Club, which is the largest polo school in France. Of course the enchanting city of Paris can't be ignored, being only 45 minutes away an early evening cruise along the Seine followed by dinner is not out of the question.
