Lighthouse Golf Course is situated in Varna, Bulgaria. The parkland style course was designed by the famous ex-Ryder Cup Captain Ian Woosnam, is located on the dramatic limestone cliffs overlooking the Black Sea.

The course measures 6720 yards and with a par of 71, the course offers a variety of different challenges and interesting hole layouts, enough to test golfers of many different abilities. Players will always need to take into account the indecisive breeze from the Black Sea in order to put together a good scorecard. The greens at Lighthouse are certainly worth a mention; large, fast, true and undulating.

The Lighthouse golf course offers its players a choice of playing five spectacular short holes, two on the front nine and three on the back nine spread across 6,720 yards. One of the standouts is the 17th hole, which measures 164 yards with water lining the front right side of the green which means pinpoint accuracy is required to not end up in the drink.

The clubhouse is set back from the hotel but is still considered a main feature of the Lighthouse resort. It contains the ‘19th Hole Bar & other essential features such as large changing rooms and a golf shop.
