There is no rough off the fairways - only desert shrubbery. Fortunately the fairways are reasonably wide, but then the problem is hitting the well protected greens. If you don't play to your handicap, you will no doubt enjoy the spectacular desert scenery and views of the distant Med. This is a fine but tough golf course; highly recommended but do not get too distraught if you don't score well - you will not be alone!
